What does a loan officer do for me?
A loan officer helps you understand which financing options may fit your situation, explains what each one requires, and guides you through the application. With Christian Mortgage Team, that person is Chad or Rachel, from your first call through closing.
What is a DSCR loan?
DSCR stands for debt service coverage ratio. It compares a rental property's income to its monthly debt payment. DSCR loans focus mainly on that ratio when evaluating a rental property, which can be helpful for investors with several properties or non-traditional income.
I'm new to investing. Can you still help?
Yes. We work with first-time investors and seasoned ones alike. We will explain how each program works, what lenders typically look for, and what to prepare, so you can make a decision you feel good about.
What should I have ready before we talk?
Nothing formal. A general idea of your project, the property or business involved, and your goals is plenty for a first conversation. We will tell you which documents to gather if you decide to move forward.
